Prince Harry Scolded By Queen Elizabeth For Angry Outburst – But New Biography Tells A Different Tale

British royals news reveals that Prince Harry once had an angry tirade over the tiara that Meghan Markle wanted to (and did) wear during their 2018 wedding ceremony. And what’s interesting about the whole story is that the upcoming new biography about Harry and Meghan – which is already getting a reputation for being very pro-Harry and Meghan – seems to paint a very different picture of the incident than what apparently happened.

The new biography, called “Finding Freedom,” is scheduled for release in a few days, and it claims that Queen Elizabeth’s dresser and confidante Angela Kelly deliberately “dragged her feet” when Meghan Markle asked for early access to the tiara that she was slated to wear at her wedding to Prince Harry. Meghan had her hairdresser in town and wanted the tiara for a trial run, it seems.

Well, according to the book, Prince Harry believed that the “old guard” at the palace, which would apparently include Angela Kelly, “simply didn’t like Meghan and would stop at nothing to make her life difficult.” But a royal source has subsequently told The Daily Mail that “the book’s version of what happened would not be everyone else’s recollection of events and certainly not those who were close to it.”

The information coming out now is that Meghan made a sudden demand to visit Buckingham Palace with her hairstylist to try on the tiara that belonged to Queen Elizabeth and that Meghan was to wear at the wedding. However, it was quickly made apparent to Meghan that the Queen’s tiara was available only by appointment, and Meghan hadn’t followed the protocol and scheduled accordingly.

From there, it seems that Prince Harry had a meltdown, using offensive language about Angela Kelly and pressuring courtiers to get Angela to travel to London and grant Meghan access to the tiara. Well, Angela then learned about Harry’s angry words and word eventually got back to Queen Elizabeth about the outburst. The source said that Prince Harry was “put firmly in his place” by the Queen and that he had been “downright rude.”

It will be interesting to see just how many of the “Finding Freedom” stories alleging mistreatment and victimization against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle by the palace will end up having a very different alternative explanation – much like this “tiara” story has. So far, the stories that are trickling from the book prior to its publication seem to be instances in which Harry and Meghan felt unfairly treated but the royal family, but surely they didn’t expect to be hit back from those named in those stories, did they?

We’ll soon find out how the palace chooses to respond to the other Harry and Meghan “revelations” that come out in “Finding Freedom.” The book is scheduled for release on August 11. Will you be reading? Be sure to check back with us here at CTS for more British royals news and updates.
