Despite everything that has gone down in the past week with the accidental reveal of the two supposed royal racists in Omid Scobie’s book, Endgame, it seems like Prince Harry still wants to go to the UK to spend Christmas with the royal family.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Meghan Markle is willing to do the same. She’d rather have Christmas in California with their two kids.
One source close to the situation put it this way, “They could] avoid less welcoming types like the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Plus it would be a coup from a PR standpoint because they’d maintain those visible links with the monarchy – and, let’s face it, that’s what makes them marketable. But they just can’t agree and, the closer Christmas gets, the more rows they’re having over it.”

Royal Family News: What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?
And while Harry does want to fix things with his father, King Charles, he totally understands where his wife Meghan is coming from, too.
The last thing she wants to do is spend Christmas or any holiday with the royal family, especially since everyone is accusing her of releasing the names of the supposed ‘royal racists.’
The insider added, “Harry respects Meghan’s hard line about putting the Royal Family in the rear-view mirror. He’s assured her that’s not caving in or backing down.”

It’s also been said that Meghan Markle never wants to step foot in the UK again. Now, whether or not that happens remains to be seen. So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter. Watch this space.
