Prince Harry Turns His Back On The Royals In Another High-Profile Move

According to some royal watchers, Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, may be personally affected by Prince Harry’s recent move to remove his Endeavour Fund from the Royal Foundation, an entity that Harry co-operated with Prince William and Kate.

About the move, online site Nicki Swift stated, “Just when you thought the Duke of Sussex couldn’t get any more removed from royal life, he made another choice that further distances himself from his family. And this time, the shakeup has to do with his charities.”

There may be nothing more to the move than simple logistics however, with no personal message intended.

In April the Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Announced Their Plans For Archewell

For instance, Meghan made clear their plan to debut their own non-profit organization after ditching the UK and his family. They announced the outfit, called Archewell, in April; sadly, by June they had abandoned it, too.

What are they planning to do instead? News broke today that they have signed with a high-profile speaker’s bureau, intending to get paid for talking apparently. That does sound a lot easier than launching a business venture from the ground up, making sure it’s legit, and then maintaining it. A lot easier. In fact, the patent office has indicated that Meghan’s application for Archewell was, shall we say lacking, and they won’t approve it until they finish their paperwork AND pay the required fee. Will Archewell ever see the light of day?

Harry Is Busy Making Changes In L.A.

In the meantime, Harry is busy severing more ties with his family, and the latest change to his fund’s management was announced on Twitter.

With the usual tone-deaf enthusiasm that Meghan display when making grand announcements on their own behalf, The Endeavour Found tweeted, “Delighted to announce that the @EndeavourFund has been transferred to a new home within The Invictus Games Foundation!”

A royal insider, perhaps hoping to squash any more Meghan-based scandal, told People, “A review of The Royal Foundation is something that had previously been announced. This is part of the couples’ diverging paths, which hastened a look at the foundation.”

The divergent path that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are on has been well covered since they confirmed in January that they wanted a different lifestyle. Megxit was the culmination of that dream, although they have not yet indicated if the grass is any greener at Tyler Perry’s mansion than it is back in England.
