Prince Harry’s Envision Speech Branded A PR Disaster By This Royal Expert

Prince Harry surprised fans when he arrived at this year’s Envision event in Shanghai, China, and delivered an address on how we can reduce our carbon footprint by making the right travel decisions.

This, of course, caused an uproar because so many people believed it was hypocritical of him to fly all the way to China to deliver a speech on why we shouldn’t travel all the way to China on a whim.

He also talked about eco-friendly travel and promoted his eco-friendly travel company Travalyst, but GB News’ Lee Cohen is of the opinion that the move was made based on misguided information.

Prince Harry Made the Wrong Call To Travel To Shanghai, China

GB News columnist Lee Cohen is convinced that Harry isn’t thriving now that he’s swapped Palace advisors for Hollywood ones.

In recent times, several of the Prince’s doings have been met with heavy criticisms, not least the video of him and wife Meghan dancing and twerking moments before labor.

In this same way, his Shanghai travel was not an easy lump to swallow for certain people, who feel they’re choked on the hypocrisy.

“Prince Harry’s recent address at the Envision 2025 conference in China, where he championed eco-friendly travel, marks yet another chapter in his relentless string of public relations disasters since abandoning royal duties in 2020,“ Cohen wrote. “His choice to fly 13,000 miles round-trip from Los Angeles to address an audience in America’s communist adversary —to lecture tourism leaders on climate responsibility, is not just hypocritical; it’s a glaring testament to his catastrophic misjudgment in trying to make it in public without the calibre of advisement he enjoyed as a royal.”

Comparing Harry’s “latest gaffe” to the “several missteps” he’s made during the royal family – like giving a sensational interview when his grandfather Prince Philip’s health was speedily declining – Cohen accused Harry of “prioritising profit over principle.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Are “Devoid of Counsel”

From his May BBC interview to the revelation he considered becoming a Spencer and relinquishing any remaining ties to the House of Windsor, to his Shanghai travel, it’s been one disastrous headline after another.

Weighing in on this, Cohen opined that Harry and Meghan have no right advisors on their side.

“His and Meghan’s poor judgement and instincts reveal a couple out of their depth and devoid of sound counsel. As his family uphold the monarchy’s dignity, Harry’s every move betrays a disgraced prince undone by his own choices.”
