Prince Harry’s Mental Health Start-up Condemned As Psychologically Unsafe

British royal family news shows that Prince Harry’s Anti-Midas Touch has struck again, this time via his CHIMPO role at mental health start-up BetterUp. BetterUp is a Silicon Valley (crack) pipe dream according to its employees. Of course it is, the Douche of Excess works there.

BetterUp calls itself the “life coach Tinder for millennials” and if I were a millennial I would sue. BU actually hired Harry to “advocate for mental fitness” and “guide the company’s social mission” so a lot of the blame for employee morale can be placed on his shoulders, but the firm’s management is at fault for inserting the village idiot into its corporate scheme. Maybe “scheme” is all BU, a US-based professional coaching and mental health app, was from the very beginning?

BU hired Harry for who he is. Spotify did the same thing then let him go after calling him a f******grifter.

Harry Called Out

According to the Daily Mail, BetterUp employees described the firm as a “psychologically unsafe place to work” where “everyone is uncomfortable and living in fear.”

But wait, there’s more. Apparently the BetterUp’s “elitist” leaders “have no moral compass” which is what we’d expect from a place that hired Harry to guide the troubled.

But even more disturbing is a former client’s (a company CEO) claim that BU may have broken “the confidentiality of my discussions and privacy during coaching calls.” The vitriolic reviews appear on Glassdoor, a site that publishes company ratings and reviews by employees.

Another Glassdoor user called the sales team “predatory” and claimed that that the company laid off staff so they could “pay Prince Harry over a million dollars a year.”

The apparent ruination of BU would be poetic justice for the dufuses who hired Ginger Judas if not for the apparent harm caused by the executive team as well as Harry.

What exactly does drug user Harry do to earn his BU keep? He has visited BU “buildings in San Francisco, California, and Austin in Texas.”

BetterUp has accrued hundreds of ratings on Glassdoor but only 35% of people recommend working there. In October a former employee called BetterUp a “literal circus.” With a CHIMPO as a leader.

In September a current employee called the firm a “toxic train wreck” and in August a former account manager said it’s “where people dry up and shrivel.” Just like the bud Harry promotes for healing. If this is your thing why not skip the middleman?

Royal Family News – CEO Alexi Robichaux Loves Harry

Highlighting the disconnect between the elite leaders and its workforce, CEO Alexi Robichaux, a former Disney employee, has repeatedly praised Harry as a “model of inspiration and impact through action.”

BetterUp debuted in 2013 to “improve human existence.” But only for those who can afford it. According to the outlet, “access to the app, including virtual classes and coaching sessions, reportedly costs around £2,600 per person for 12 months’ membership.”

Perhaps the best reason to shun BU comes from CHIMPO Harry himself who says that he bought the app and found it “invaluable.” Really, who wants to be like Harry?
