It seems strange that he would want that life, doesn’t it, especially since he was the one who left it behind in the first place and has so far shared his discontent with it enough to drill holes into anybody’s ears.
However, according to a pal he only talks to occasionally, he isn’t all that hooked on the American lifestyle.
Prince Harry’s – Life In America Isn’t All He Had Hoped It Would Be
This week was a highlight moment for Harry as he danced, played drums and gave important speeches at important meetings in Colombia.
This, of course, could easily suggest to anyone that the soon-to-be 40-year-old misses some aspects of his former life. You might remember that Harry and Meghan had originally asked for a half-in and half-out approach to being senior members of the Royal Family.
His new existence in America has reportedly led to anger and frustration building up inside him. This was suggested by a friend who says they still get the occasional text from him.
“He’s an angry boy. Things haven’t turned out how he wanted,” the unidentified friend said. “I think he misses being over here [in Britain] desperately and wants to be admired more. Anyone who knows him feels he’d rather be top of the pops here with everyone loving him, as they do with William and Kate.”
Another friend who has known the Prince since his teenage years shared the sentiment, opining that the Prince misses life in the UK.
“He has ended up isolated from his family and most of his old mates, in an environment where your friendships are not like the ones you forged as a young man,” they said. “He used to love a night out in the pub and hanging out in the country with friends.”
