Let’s just say that they are not afraid to show their feelings for one another in public anymore. Of course, we are talking about Prince William and Kate Middleton as there’s a new report that says they are not shy about public displays of affection.

In fact, the Prince and Princess of Wales are apparently ‘happy’ for people to see them being so ‘touchy-feely’ with one another. 

There was a time not too long ago that Prince William and Kate Middleton kept their distance from one another whenever they were in public. That’s because they wanted to keep up with royal protocol. But clearly, times have changed.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “They are happy for people to see them be touchy-feely. They’re in a different phase of their life now. William is very protective and very proud of her for coming through this and carrying on with her life.”

The insider also added, “There is a sense of protectiveness and partnership…And just in time, frankly — if there was ever a time when the country required stability, this is it. The international stage is so unstable, it is rather extraordinary to see how both have risen to the occasion.”

Royal Family News: What’s Next For The Prince And Princess Of Wales?

There was a time not too long ago that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were showing a lot of affection towards one another whenever they were in public. Some have even suggested that William and Kate have been trying to follow their lead.

And while no one knows if that’s true or not, it does seem like Prince William and Kate Middleton are just going through a new phase in their marriage. And it’s not a bad one either, right?

Clearly, there’s nothing wrong with holding your wife’s hand in public from time to time just to show everyone that you truly love her.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter yet.
