Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Announcement
In early January 2020, Harry and Meghan posted a statement on their social media pages. It was an announcement signed by both of them and it would start the “Megxit” ordeal. They decided that for the best interest of their family and to pursue financial independence, they would step down. They also chose to only live in the UK for part of the year and Canada during the rest of the time.
More Responsibilities and Hectic Schedules
It is suggested that due to Harry and Meghan’s quick exit, their responsibilities have to be carried out by others. Naturally, the immediate short-term solution is William and Kate. At least, until two other royals come in and take some of the workload off of their plates.
William and Kate already had pretty busy schedules before “Megxit.” Things are only even busier for them now.
Royal Teamwork
A source told Us Weekly that William and Kate have only become closer because of what they are going through. It would tear a lot of marriages apart, but they have perfected the term “teamwork.”
“The Cambridges are busier than ever since Harry and Meghan left the U.K. You’d think their hectic schedule would put a strain on the marriage, but it’s actually brought them closer together. Working as a team and supporting each other is essential at a time like this, and that’s exactly what they’re doing.”
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Marriage
Royals news reveals William and Kate have been married for eight years now. They have three children together: Prince George is 6, Princess Charlotte is age 4 and then there is Prince Louise, 21 months. If they continue using teamwork this well, there is no telling what they can accomplish in the future. We could learn a lot by how they are dealing with stressful situations.
