As a matter of fact, royal fans and critics have noticed that they have seen much more of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at royal engagements and public appearances ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from their roles as senior members of the royal family. According to new reports, Prince William and Kate Middleton are going to take advantage of their children’s winter break from school and jet off to an undisclosed location for a much-deserved family holiday. Their two older children Prince George and Princess Charlotte attend Thomas’s Battersea school in London. The royal couple are known to slow down their schedule for the children’s half-term break in order to spend some quality time with them. Their third child, 22-month-old Prince Louis, isn’t expected to start nursery school until next year.

While the royal family have not specified what they plan on doing or where they will be, there’s some speculation that they might end up spending time at one of their country homes. This will be the first time that the Cambridges will get to spend some private time as a family and since Harry and Meghan’s seismic public announcement that they no longer want to be working members of the royal family. This has not only left a gaping hole within the monarchy, but also left William and Kate no choice but to pick up the work load after Harry and Meghan.
