Prince William And Kate Middleton Will Upstage Harry And Meghan During Upcoming US Visit

Just a few more months to go and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be dropping down in the US for the first time in years. They will be heading to Boston for the second ceremony of the Earthshot Prize.

The prestigious environmental prize aims to massively clean up the Earth’s air, land and waters within the coming decade and is awarded in five different categories. The royal couple will be joined by finalists, high profile figures and sponsors for the event during the gala night, where, like the first year, attendees will walk the green carpet.

According to Neil Sean, the Cambridges are sure to beat the Sussexes on their own turf during their December visit.

Speaking to Express Online, royal expert Neil Sean said that the Cambridges’ trip to Boston could make it into The Times magazine cover, which the Sussexes occupied just last year in the height of their post-Oprah interview fame.

He explained: “A year ago Prince Harry and Meghan Markle featured on the cover of the prestigious Time magazine and they were ridiculed for it, some saying Harry was looking like Meghan’s hairdresser.

“Well, Wiliam and Catherine will be travelling to the US towards the end of the year to launch Earthshot, a very successful, independent charity fronted by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.”

He continued: “They are seemingly not going to visit Harry and Meghan during this trip. But now it appears that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be featuring as solo front cover stars on the same magazine.

“But unlike Harry and Meghan they will not be sharing it with various split front covers around the world – it will just be the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.”

Prince William And Kate Middleton Will Show the Sussexes “How It Is Done”

It’s been two years since Harry and Meghan relocated to the US, and since then they have sought to create a persona to build their brand with outside of their connections to the Royal Family.

So far, it’s been a rocky process.

However, Neil Sean believes that the Cambridges’ branding in America is stronger and better. “It’s interesting, Harry has had a go and now the Duke and Duchess are seemingly stepping forward to show him exactly how it is done.

“Indeed, the fact that real royalty is coming over to the United States is going to be very problematic for Harry and Meghan.

“Unless they keep winning awards, their world of opportunity could be a very small window indeed.”
