Yep, the couple are not thinking about moving anytime soon.
The Prince And Princess Of Wales Represent the Future House Of Windsor, Royal Source Reveals
It was hard for Wills, Kate and their three children to settle into their new home, since the Queen’s death happened so close to their moving and the children starting a new term at Lambrook School.
The Queen’s death came just a few days after the then-Cambridge family stole headlines for taking their children to school as they began a new term. Since then, you can say that all hopes of a normal family settlement kind of gave way to the chaos that became their lives for the coming days.
At the moment, William, Catherine and the kids are starting to settle into their new normal, after relocating from their Kensington Palace home to the modest 4-bedroom Adelaide Cottage at Windsor. The family are also doing things differently, because, for the first time since welcoming their children, they’ll be living without any staff.
A source confessed that the new adjustment didn’t come without its own stress, which especially affected Catherine.
“Things were very tense that week; it was not exactly the settling-in period they had hoped for,” the source told PEOPLE exclusively this week.
However, the couple are still dedicated to providing a normal family life for their children, especially as their parents take on a heavier workload as the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Prince William, as the new Duke of Cornwall, is responsible for managing the Duchy of Cornwall: a vast and impressive estate comprising of various properties scattered across 23 counties.
