Prince William and Kate Middleton’s marriage has been put under a microscope. That’s mostly because the Prince and Princess of Wales seem to be spending more time apart than they are together.

Not only that, but some people think that their body language suggests that they aren’t spending time with one another while they are even under the same roof, too.

Tom Bower, who has written several books about the royal family in the past, recently told Express.co.uk in a new interview with Prince William and Kate Middleton’s fairytale of a wedding is just that – a fairytale.

He said, “From people I’ve spoken to, it’s not as placid. It’s not as perfect as it might seem. But William adopts the manners and the way of behaving of his grandmother and Kate is very good at not complaining and adopting. Both of them have stuck to the thing that made the late Queen such a remarkable monarch. They very, very rarely complain. And when they do, it’s always in measured terms.”

While there’s no denying that a lot of couples – the royal and nonroyal kind too – argue all the time, Bower couldn’t help but point out that William and Kate’s arguments seem to be a little more civilized than others.

Bower also added, “Where some couples have a row and throw heavy vases at each other, William and Kate throw cushions at each other. It’s always kept under control.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter. With that said, a lot of people can’t help but wonder just how long William and Kate’s marriage is going to last, especially if they keep on throwing pillows at each other, right? Watch this space.
