It’s a good thing that there is at least one peacemaker in the family.  There’s a new report that suggests Prince William has a great relationship with his father, King Charles, and that’s mostly because of his wife, Kate Middleton.

The Princess of Wales has managed to bring the two of them together, even though they both have distanced themselves from Prince Harry. 

According to a new report, King Charles was much closer to Prince Harry than Prince William for many long years. But that all changed the moment that Harry picked up his things, packed his bags and moved to California with Meghan Markle.

Nowadays he’s formed a close bond with Prince William and a lot of that is thanks in part to William’s wife, Kate Middleton.

And while tensions do flare up between the king and his son, the Princess of Wales is always there to make sure that they are keeping the peace, no matter what is said during the heat of the moment.

One insider even put it this way, “The King’s relationship with both his sons has been difficult over the years. Even now he is King, with the Prince of Wales, there can be differences of opinion and tensions.”

“Of course, they love each other, but they clash, and sometimes William needs handling with kid gloves.”

In fact, Prince William is so close with Prince Harry now that many believe that might be the reason why Prince Harry has been blocked from seeing his own father.

The Duke of Sussex is trying to make plans to spend his 40th birthday with King Charles, but apparently it’s Prince William who is standing in his way from making that happen.

So far Buckingham Palace has made no comments about the matter just yet.
