Here we go again, right? With a lot of people pointing out that Kate Middleton’s appearance is looking very different these days, it’s hard not to ask if Prince William is aware and if he’s concerned about what might be going on with his wife.

And while everyone knows that the future queen of England has successfully completed her cancer treatments, there’s a lot of concern that something must be going on because she looks more and more different each time she steps out for her public appearances and royal engagements.

Of course, the palace is not going to make any comments about the speculation, but that hasn’t stopped royal fans and critics from spreading rumors online.

But most of all, they just want to know if Prince William has any idea about what might be going on and if the truth will come out anytime soon.

But then again, this isn’t the first time that people have raised their eyebrows over the way that Kate Middleton looks and whether or not she is emotionally and physically healthy.

But at the same time, the Princess of Wales has never made any comments about it, either. While there’s no doubt that she knows that the media and the public are both talking about her and her personal life and choices.

Now, whether or not something truly is going on, no one knows. But if Kate Middleton continues to look like an intervention needs to happen, there’s no doubt that action will be taken. Here’s hoping that her husband Prince William will be the first to take that step.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
