So it looks like nothing is going to change after all. There’s a new report that suggests Prince William is being urged to stand his ground on this one particular matter and yes, we are pretty sure you can guess what it is. Keep reading below for all the details you need to know.

Even though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have moved back to the UK after having spent the last six years living in California in the hopes that they could become financially-independent royals.

Well, that dream ended up becoming a bust as Harry and Meghan are now back on British soil.

And while it might be tempting to fix his longstanding feud with his little brother now that he’s home, it doesn’t look like that’s on Prince William’s agenda at the moment.

According to the Daily Mail, the Prince of Wales is even being urged to keep his distance from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, regardless of what pushback he might be getting from other members of the royal family for his stubborn behavior.

Rebecca English, who often has something or another to say about the royal family on a daily basis, believes that Prince William certainly should hold his ground and not make the first move towards Prince Harry, no matter who might be whispering in his ear to do so.

She puts it this way, “If William decides not to reconcile with his brother, then that is entirely his choice, and he should, I would say, be personally applauded for it.”

“If a sibling had done to me what Harry has done to William, in terms of attacking him personally, his wife, his family and the institution he works for, I would never speak to them again. I just think people should understand and respect William’s decision on that.”

What Will Prince William Do Next?

English continued, “I am not speaking here as a royal journalist, I am speaking from a personal perspective. This whole mounting agenda from certain people, who say it’s time that William be the bigger man and extend an olive branch.

I say it’s absolute rubbish. It’s very difficult to extract the professional from the personal. Harry has made this all so vindictive, nasty and bitter that it’s impossible to separate the two.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
