Prince William Is Refusing To Do This After King Charles Dies

Prince William Is Refusing To Do This After King Charles DiesSay what you will about the man, but he is definitely sticking to his guns. Of course, we are talking about Prince WIlliam as there’s a new report that suggests he has no interest in moving into Highgrove once his father King Charles passes away.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, ““So I think he thought that William probably wouldn’t move into Highgrove once he became King, so the idea was, ‘Let’s protect it somehow,’ so it was given over to the Prince’s Foundation. So the Prince’s Foundation now rents the garden from the Duchy of Cornwall.”

“I think that William’s obviously got his own family now, so he’s got his own family unit and they’ve been brought up at Anmer Hall, and also now at the Adelaide Cottage.

Highgrove was very much his mum and dad’s home – where they were brought up – so it’s like a family home that mum and dad lived in.”

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some have even commented with, “I can see why he wouldn’t want to move to Highgrove. I wouldn’t if I were in his shoes. A nice thing to do would be to open it up to the public and make it a public park/museum….but I will not be holding my breath on that one.”

Another royal critic wrote, “Highgrove never really was Diana’s home. Camilla would play hostess for Charles while both were still married to others.”

“I can see why he wouldn’t want to move to Highgrove. I wouldn’t if I were in his shoes. A nice thing to do would be to open it up to the public and make it a public park/museum….but I will not be holding my breath on that one.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I always got the impression the Highgrove gardens are Charles’ one great love, even more than any of the flesh and blood people in his life. He has certainly given them more time and affection than he did to his own family.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet. Watch this space for more.
