Prince William has no desire to bury the hatchet with his little brother Prince Harry after his Spare memoir and all of the damage his wife Meghan Markle did.
But, that didn’t stop William’s brother from racing to the UK after his father’s cancer diagnosis. Did William order Harry to get off London soil earlier this month? Keep reading for all the details and more Royal Family updates.
Prince Harry got roasted for his one day trip to London after King Charles’ cancer diagnosis went public. Sources say Harry met with King Charles for less than an hour, checked in to a hotel, and then jetted back to Montecito to be with his wife Meghan Markle and their kids.
Why Did Prince Harry Cut His London Trip Short
The media and Royal Family fans are convinced the Duke of Sussex traveled to London just to save face and met with his sick father for a PR opportunity.
If he genuinely cared about the Royals, Harry would have stuck around and spent more than 50 minutes with King Charles, right? Well, there may be more going on than meets the eye.
Insiders seem to think that Prince William may have shut down his brother’s meeting with the King when he learned that he had arrived in London. And, that would actually make a lot more sense.
If Prince Harry just wanted to make himself look good by visiting his dad, he had to have known he would get roasted for leaving that early. Unless of course someone sent him packing back to California.
Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton was just released from the hospital and went through emergency surgery. Then Prince William’s father went in for a procedure and found out he had cancer.
It’s safe to say that the Duke of Cambridge is hanging on by a thread and finding out that Prince Harry was in town may have put him over the edge. It’s not absurd to think that William forced Harry to go home.
Prince William Sent His Brother Packing?
Plus, the Royals are trying to control what information gets in the media about King Charles and Kate Middleton.
The last thing they need is someone snooping around who does Oprah interviews and writes books about them. That would also explain why Prince Harry slept at a hotel and not at any of his family’s umpteen properties.

I think he was told to leave, no love lost there, otherwise he’d of stayed under the protection of the Monarchy. It was all PR for Harry, acting like he cared.Why do they want to make amends with the Royal side & not Megnuts side. Oh, that’s right no money there ! When Will becomes King I hope he drives the Karma bus over his brother & Megan. No royal titles, no cash, no nothing.
I think William did exactly that He has plenty of reason to despise his brother right now and probably would not accept him unless MM is out of the picture William has strong character, which a future King must have and he can let no one, absolutely no one make him a push over That is not the way a King would ever act. Harry has done so much damage to the royal family that someone must be in his face about it and that is his older brother and rightfully so The wounds are so fresh but H & M want to be back into the fold as if nothing ever happened. MM is the cause for all this crap but she is the mother of Harrys children so H must be really careful about what he says and how he really feels. This is only the beginning of more to come. This is so ugly and I am sure William wants no part of anything. He is the family protector and the best one to be so Keep up the great work Prince William. You are so respected! He left o his own. He had commitments in America and King Charles was heading to Balmoral to do treatment. If you have ever had cancer and treatment you want and need be in stress free environment and also makes you quite fatigued and ill. Harrry jumped to see his dad quietly and quickly so as not to upset tge plans and William and Kate. His father asked long ago to cut tge dumb stuff and William is just like my oldest . Feels superior and entitled. Harry is living a good life and has taken tge fall for most everything goes wrong in Camilla’s and Williams world.
