It looks like he was the one person who knew this would happen all along. Of course, we are talking about Prince William as he apparently knew before anyone else that this would happen to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

And by that, we mean he knew that they would end up coming back to the UK after failing to become financially independent royals in America.

As many royalists can recall, Harry and Meghan pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royal family back in 2020 to start a new life for themselves in California.

It’s been six years though and after dealing with one failed attempt to become financially independent after another, they are now back home. Or at least, Prince Harry can feel like he is home again.

And apparently, the Prince of Wales knew this would happen all along. One source close to the situation recently told Us Weekly that the future king of England had a feeling this would happen.

The insider put it this way, “There was cautious optimism that perhaps they would arrive in silent dignity and not stir up drama, but William was much less optimistic than the king and was proven right because right now he’s having an ‘I told you so’ moment.”

“William and Kate don’t have to do anything and say anything. History has proven time and again Meghan and Harry will dig their own grave. And this takes them further away from reconciliation.”

What’s Next For Prince William and Prince Harry And Their Ongoing Feud?

If that weren’t enough, the tipster also added: “William has not spoken to Harry. William also hasn’t gotten over all the stress that Harry and Meghan caused leading up to Kate’s cancer diagnosis. She finally reached remission, only for them to come back to the U.K. and create more stress for everyone.”

Now, whether or not any of this changes or if Prince William changes his mind and decides that he wants to talk to his little brother again, remains to be seen, but so far it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is a whole lot more to come.
