Royal Family News: Prince William Wants To Get Rid Of Royal Traditions

Per the latest reports, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton both skipped the Windsor family’s Easter Sunday yet again.

Seeing how they were the only ones who were missing from the festivities, this has prompted a lot of people to wonder if Prince William might be skipping these events on purpose.

That’s because he might want to try and do away with these kinds of events and appearances the moment that he becomes king of England. That, or he might just have a grind to axe with his own father, King Charles.

As our loyal readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about all of the speculation.

Some have even commented with,Seems as if they are looking to do away with the tradition. I bet that will be one of the things that will go under King Will. Wonder if he will do away with church at Christmas also.”

I think he’ll want to do away with anything that requires him to actually turn up.”

Another fan wrote, He can’t completely do away with church at Christmas because Kate’s carols thing takes place at Westminster and we couldn’t possibly live without that, could we.”

“But they may stop that walk to chapel—William cleary hated doing the walk last Christmas and waiting for Kate and her wiglet to catch up with him.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Let’s see how long that lasts before it’s all about a very middle class grounded Middleton holiday to keep the family together in middle class traditions.”

“Charles is horrible. But what about that stiff upper lip nothing gets in the way of service rot we have been spoon fed for decades?”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet. Watch this space for more.
