Prince William’s Comments About Kate Middleton Is Raising Eyebrows
According to People magazine, the future king of England had nothing but extremely positive things to say about his wife.
He said, “She’s an amazing mum, an amazing wife, and, literally, our family couldn’t cope with her, so, she’s been absolutely stunning, brilliant.”
And while it’s definitely a good thing that the Prince of Wales is praising and acknowledging his wife in public like this, a lot of people can’t help but throw a little side eye in his direction, too.
That’s because earlier this year, Prince William didn’t even acknowledge his wife on Mother’s Day even though he dedicated a post to his late mother, Princess Diana.
If that weren’t enough, a lot of people also believe that Prince William and Kate Middleton always look like they would rather be anywhere else than next to each other during their royal engagements and public appearances.

Of course, many royalists had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even wrote, “The issue with these comments from him is that he’s trying too hard to hit the right notes. He loves his wife. They definitely share a bedroom.”
Another critic wrote, “This whole thing just seems so obviously a response to Harry and Meghan and it’s so weird to me. Don’t tell us you have a happy marriage. Show us. Harry praises his wife and talks about his love for her but it doesn’t have the same vibe as this.”
Then there was this comment as well: “The residue is a mixed sauce, pardon the image, but it’s a very pungent reduction of all your shared memories and hopes and frustrations. This is just…. Like, she could be the head maid.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. However, watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
