Prince William’s Selfish Ways Has Critics Raising Their Eyebrows

Can it get any worse than this? That’s what a lot of royalists can’t help but wonder when it comes to Prince William and his very selfish ways.

That’s because the future king of England is raising eyebrows for traveling thousands of miles to support his number one soccer team, Aston Villa.

Per The Sun, Prince William will be in Turkey for the Europa League decider when Aston Villa takes on Freiburg. He will have to take two-four hour flights.

And while there’s nothing wrong with supporting your favorite soccer team, a lot of royal critics can’t help but give the Prince of Wales the side eye because he seems to be more invested in this trip than in any of his royal engagements or public appearances for that matter.

Some royalists even commented on the matter, “There is absolutely no way to spin this story that doesn’t make wank look like what he is. Spoiled man child who does no work and only wants to play.”

Another critic wrote, “William gets paid no matter what. He’s stubborn so he does whatever he wants. He has anti-social personality traits so he feels entitled to only do the kind and amount of work he wants.”

“Which is why we are so baffled that he doesn’t see how his work ethic is so appalling. He’s not embarrassed by doing as little work as possible. He gets a paycheck whether he shows up to work or not.”

What’s Next For Prince William?

And then there was this comment as well: “I understand William riding around on his scooter now. He wants to project the image of a boyish William, who could not possibly be expected to run a kingdom. You’re not 12 anymore, William. You’re a full-grown man (in body, if not in his mind) and you can’t pretend to be a youngster in order to get out of your duties. Too cowardly and greedy to abdicate, though.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the criticism, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as there’s so much more to come.
