Prince William’s Word Holds More Weight And His Stance On Brother Harry Is Resolute

According to sources, Prince William was done with Prince Harry’s drama even before ‘Spare’ came along and put the final nail in the coffin.

Since then the brothers’ relationship has remained fractured with very little hopes of healing. For example, if Prince William is going to appear in the Princess Diana awards live, Harry will make a virtual appearance, and only when William has left the scene.

The same thing applied to the Duke of Westminster’s wedding. Whereas William played the role of an usher at the society wedding of the year, Harry simply sent his good wishes.

Princess Diana’s tragic accident in 1997 was a moment that touched the hearts of millions, but more so for the two young sons she left behind.

Prince Harry has opened up about all the ways his mother’s death traumatically impacted his life, and maybe we’ve heard much less from William about that subject, but it doesn’t mean the pain of it hasn’t impacted his life in profound ways.

“William has always been a strong character,” Bond told OK! Magazine.

“I think his broken childhood made him tough and resolute,” she continued. “He now has the reputation of being stubborn and, once his mind is made up, he sticks to his decision.”

Bond isn’t the first expert to compare him to the late Prince Philip, who is more widely described as the late Queen Elizabeth’s “steady.”

“He is definitely someone who commands respect within the family and whose views hold considerable sway,” Bond said. “Obviously, as heir to the throne, his word carries a lot of weight in the family and I think it’s true that he has been prepared to take a tough stand on a number of issues, including [Princes] Andrew and Harry.”

As for his stance on his “estranged” brother, royal expert Hilary Fordwich said he has made moves to “ban” him from returning to the royal fold after his controversial exit in 2020, and the following years he spent accusing the royal family of various crimes.

“It is widely known within the family that Prince William has laid down an absolute ban on Harry returning in any way, shape or form into his former royal family fold,” Fordwich told Fox News.
