Recent announcements show that the newborn baby won’t be styled as “Miss”, but will be enjoying her very own title, just like her mother.
Princess Beatrice’s Newborn Baby To Inherit Titles From Her Father’s Side
Princess Beatrice’s daughter is Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s second child, having had a son with his ex Dara Huang. The baby switched up the royal succession a little, becoming 11th in line to the throne, beneath her mother and ahead of her aunt Princess Eugenie. She is the Queen’s 12th great-grandchild.
The child, whose name is yet to be announced, will be given the title of Nobile Donna, which is Italian for Noble Woman, per a report by The Sun.
The title is coming from her father’s side. Edoardo’s official title is Count, since he is descended from the pre-war era Italian nobility. As a result, all his children will get to have the title of Count or Countess.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Edoardo’s dad, Count Allessandro Mapelli Mozzi, revealed: “Edoardo is the only male descendent taking the family into the next generation. He is a Count, his wife will be a
Countess automatically and any of their children will be Counts or nobile donna.” The top 10 in line for the throne remains the same, but as the baby came in the 11th place, everybody else below gets knocked down one place.
Amongst those going down a spot are Beatrice’s sister Eugenie and her nephew August, Prince Edward, Viscount Severn, Lady Louise Windsor and Princess Anne.

The Queen is said to have a very close relationship with Princess Beatrice, and notably loaned her a few items, like the dress and tiara, for her wedding.
