It was announced last week that Kate would present the trophy, and as expected she was greeted with a standing ovation as she walked into the Royal Box at Wimbledon. The recovering princess wore a beautiful purple, £1295 dress from Safiyaa.
As the female trio watched on, Alcarez and Djokovic battled in a heroic rematch of last year’s championship. Pippa was dressed in a colorful floral print dress and Charlotte looked summer chic in a blue frock with white polka dots.
Before Kate and Charlotte sat in their seats in the Royal Box, they met several female tennis stars (who all presented Kate with a bouquet of flowers) including Emma Radacanu.
