Princess Catherine Could Pay A Price For Harry’s Betrayal, Royal Expert Opines

We don’t need a crystal ball to know that Catherine will be feeling very uncomfortable with all Prince Harry is doing in recent days in his way of telling “his truth”. According to Harry, this painful truth is supposed to help him heal his relationship with his family. The big question is, why make it so public?

“Spare” hasn’t been officially released and yet a mountain of drama has already resulted from it.

Writing for news.com.au, Daniela Elser claimed that Catherine would be nervous that the brother-in-law she was once close to was publicly trying to shame her.

“For Kate, right now, watching her formerly close brother-in-law on the cusp of yet another offensive, and with not only her husband reportedly in his sights but her too, must be a particularly hard experience, not least because there is nothing they can do,” Elser.

She also said the Monarchy’s approach to keep absolutely silent as Harry dances with the press and spreads a one-sided version of the truth will leave them feeling sad.

“Unlike in the wake of Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview, when we got the now-iconic ‘recollections may vary’ statement, so far, Buckingham and Kensington Palaces have assiduously refused to comment on the Sussexes’ broadsides, instead adopting a heads-down, just getting on with the job guv’nor approach.”

Daniela continued: “However that public stoicism and resolve stands in contrast to the Telegraph’s Camilla Tominey recently reporting that the Wales’ have been left ‘devastated’ by the Sussexes’ brickbats, a situation exacerbated by the fact the family is only months on from the late Queen’s death.”

While it was fun that the Royal Family banded together to support Princess Catherine during her Christmas service, more push-back could be needed at this point.

“The way things look today, there may well be more discomfort and sadness for William and Kate to come.”
