Fans Say Princess Charlotte Is Prince William’s Carbon Copy
Kate and Willis’ second child, Princess Charlotte was born on May 2, 2015, at 8:34 a.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital.
She weighed 8lbs 3oz at the time of her birth and on each of her — and her siblings’ — birthdays, their mother and father release new photos.
This year, the Princess Charlotte posed among bluebell flowers, and the family’s cute dog even made an appearance in one of the cute snaps, which was taken at Norfolk. Sun royal photographer Arthur Edwards said: “Charlotte is growing up so fast. She looks so relaxed and happy among the bluebells.
And while the photographer thought that “she’s the splitting image of her mum”, fans are convinced she rather looks more like her father than her mother. “Charlotte is the double of William,” one fan tweeted.
The royal photographer added: “Her long hair has been done beautifully and that smile is unmistakable. Catherine’s really got the knack for capturing her children at their very best.”
Charlotte’s brothers are Prince George, 8, and Prince Louis, 4.
She is currently fourth in line of succession to the throne and is the first British princess who didn’t move down the line of succession after the birth of a younger brother.
What Is Princess Charlotte’s Full Name?
Let’s be honest, Princess Charlotte’s name is a mouthful. Including her title, her full name is: Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge. Like her older brother Prince George, she goes by her parents’ title at school and is simply known as Charlotte Cambridge.
Her middle names are a combination of the names of her late grandmother Princess Diana and great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth.
The Princess’ title could change in the future, but it is very unlikely that she could lose her royal title. She could take up the Princess Royal title only when her great-aunt Princess Anne dies, as the title can only be held by one person at a time.
She can also become a Duchess if she chooses to get married.
