Princess Diana Crash Conspiracy, Lead Investigator Frustrated By Second Vehicle Which Disappeared

British royal family news reveals that 25 years after the tragic car crash death of Princess Diana, questions still linger about the events of that mysterious Parisian night. The questions range from why wasn’t she wearing a seatbelt, to full-on conspiracy theories, to the frustration of a French detective who led the investigation into the deathly scene.

Princess Diana was 36 when she and her boyfriend Dodi Al Fayed were killed in a tunnel known as the Alma Underpass on August 31 1997.

Now it’s emerged that the lead detective has voiced concern over the fact that a key piece of evidence remains unaccounted for.

Royal Family News – Princess Diana Died Tragically

In the Channel 4 documentary titled Investigating Diana: Death in Paris, Martine Monteil, head of French Brigade Criminelle, voiced her worry about another driver, who possibly was responsible for the crash, has never been apprehended.

According to her, “a Fiat Uno that was involved in the fatal crash is still out there.”

She would like for the Fiat Uno’s driver to be found and give evidence as to the events of that fatal night when the Mercedes Diana and Dodi were in crashed into a tunnel concrete pillar. Immediately before that, “the car brushed against a white Fiat Uno, which witnessed the crash but drove away into the night.”

Monteil said, “The whole of the world has struggled to accept that the Princess of Wales died in a mundane accident. I have frustration about the Fiat Uno because I like a well-finished business. For sure, it’s out there. Unfortunately we don’t have it. But you know the driver of the Fiat Uno, he’s not the real culprit.”

“He’s driving along quietly and then a Mercedes arrives at high speed and bumps into him. The responsibility remains with the Mercedes.”

Royal Family News – Where is Justice For Diana?

That evening, Diana and her partner Dodi Al Fayed were reportedly pursued by the paparazzi after they left the Ritz Hotel. “A couple at the scene saw a white Fiat Uno coming out of the tunnel with a driver who was focused on his mirrors, the investigators said. The couple described seeing a brown skinned man with short hair and a dog wearing a muzzle in the car. Traces of white paint were found on the black car and its tail light was broken.”

As the outlet notes, Diana’s death is the subject of many conspiracy theories. These range from claims by, “Dodi’s father that the couple were murdered in a plot hatched by MI6 on the orders of the Duke of Edinburgh, to suggestions Diana was pregnant.”

In 2007 an inquest found simpler explanations for the deaths, namely that the driver Henri Paul was drunk and driving too fast, and that Diana and Dodi might have lived if they been wearing seatbelts, as was the case with the car’s sole survivor.
