Princess Eugenie Forced To Distance Herself From Prince Harry

So much for being best cousins and best friends. There’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests Princess Eugenie is being forced to distance herself from her cousin, Prince Harry.

Even though there was a time not too long ago that the two of them were very close, it’s been months since Eugenie and Harry have been seen together.

Some believe that the princess is being forced to choose sides between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family. Here’s what you need to know.

If there was one person that Prince Harry could count on these last few years, it was definitely Princess Eugenie. Even though everyone else in the royal family has turned their backs on him, Eugenie was the only person who remained by his side.

Not only that, but she had also grown close to his wife, Meghan Markle. Both Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have visited the Sussexes a few times in California and at one point even considered moving to the Golden State.

Yet it seems like something might have changed between that point and now because Princess Eugenie is now spending more time with the royal family. This might be because her parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson need her more now than ever before.

There’s been some talk about a reconciliation which means but Eugenie and her sister Princess Beatrice have to show their parents a united front.

Not only that, but the royals know that it’s a bad look for Eugenie to keep running to California to see Harry when they need her more in the UK. That’s why she’s been seeing less and less of the Sussexes. Her parents need her to remain with them.

Now, whether or not that changes in the future remains to be seen. So far both Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie have made no comments about the matter. That said though, it will be interesting to see what develops next.
