Kate Middleton had also undergone abdominal surgery. Both were hospitalized at The London Clinic and are expected to recover for some time.

Even though King Charles is on his feet and is out and about, Queen Camilla knows that he needs to take it easy, especially with his age.
With King Charles, Kate Middleton and even Prince William taking time off, there are very few senior members of the royal family available to take on royal engagements. This leaves people like Camilla to pick up the extra work.

I don’t feel sorry for Camilla. Her husband has cancer and her daughter in law is recovering from major surgery so stiffen that lip and do your job come home and get a massage.
Camilla you have always wanted this role now you have it ,so stiffen them lips and do your job for your family you wanted so bad .
You wanted the title so badly now deal with it.
