That’s mostly because the Princess of Wales is making the kind of demands that are only fit for a queen. And let’s face it, they are the kind of demands that even Queen Camilla wouldn’t dare make on her end, even though she’s the one who is married to the current King of England.
Not only that, but it seems like Queen Camilla is also none too pleased that Kate Middleton keeps on stealing the spotlight at state visits. And it’s not that she’s done this once, but she’s done it three times in a row.
If that weren’t enough, rumor has it that both Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William plan to reduce the monarchy even more as they want to put in strict rules for royal duties that are going to be based on merit and accountability.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “The old guard is not happy about this, especially Queen Camilla, who does not appreciate being told what standard she has to meet.”
The insider also added, “But Kate is stronger than people think and she is not stepping back.”
For Queen Camilla, she just can’t believe that Kate Middleton is trying to show her upper hand when in reality, she really doesn’t have one to begin with. As much as Queen Camilla used to roll her eyes at this kind of behavior in the past, she’s just over it at this point.
Clearly, Queen Camilla wants Kate Middleton to step back and know what her role is. But whether or not this is actually going to happen, remains to be seen. Watch this space for more.
