No one can certainly blame her for feeling the way that she does. There’s heavy speculation that Kate Middleton might not be the only member of the royal family that wants out.
That’s because there’s a very good chance that Queen Camilla might be feeling the exact same way as she wants to quit her royal duties as well. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Queen Camilla Wants To Quit Her Royal Duties As Well
Queen Camilla is tired of all the royal drama. And at her age, she simply doesn’t want to deal with it anymore.
That’s one of the many reasons why she wants to quit all of her royal engagements and stop doing future public appearances because she just doesn’t see the sense in doing them anymore.
No one seems to be taking the royal family seriously, mostly because of all the drama surrounding Prince William and Kate Middleton’s marital woes and of course, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s troublesome behavior, too.
If that weren’t enough, Queen Camilla is also worried about the future. Seeing how her husband King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer, she doesn’t know how much time he has left on the throne.
Not only that, but there’s a very good chance that King Charles might abdicate and hand over the crown to his son, Prince William. And when that happens, even Camilla knows that the you-know-what will hit the fan.
The monarchy is not going to survive under a King William and Camilla just doesn’t want to be around to see it crumble away.
What’s Next For Camilla Parker Bowles?
The easiest thing for Queen Camilla to do is to bow out from all of her royal duties, but at the same time, she knows that she can’t do that. At least, not right now.
King Charles still needs the support of his wife by his side. Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter but we will definitely update you with all of the latest details as they come in.

It appears that there is rough unstable water for Royal Family ahead. Prince William has an anger problem and infidelity isn’t an upstanding attitude for a King.
When we get to the age of her we just do not have the energy or what I takes to be overwhelmed with so many responsibilities that take our lives away from living. Sometime there is that individual that can have a very energetic and fruitful life that just seems to be able to do anything given them but maybe she is not that individual and she needs to step aside. I know I am 80 and can’t even do the tasks that are -required of me for just daily commitments so let her live her life doing only what she can and to heck with commitments that take everything out of her even if she is queen. To heck with queen , live life for you !
We live in the U.S. and have one big soap opera of our own. Don’t care about the Royals. They are figure heads for another country.
The monarchy was living on borrowed time the minute Queen Elizabeth died. Her sense of duty engendered universal respect and support. I don’t see that in any of her heirs, unfortunately. So whether or not Camilla steps back from royal engagements is pretty much irrelevant in the long run.
I think she thought being queen would be effortless and fun..sorry she had to wait so long just to find out it’s a JOB! Be careful what you wish for.
