Queen Elizabeth Suffers Health Crisis: Prince William And Charles Rush To Her Side

Queen Elizabeth II increasingly has suffered health problems in recent months. But breaking royal family news reveals a sad change. And Buckingham Palace made an announcement describing how worries for Queen Elizabeth’s health have suddenly soared.

Queen Elizabeth Experiences Health Crisis, Say Doctors

Royal family physicians have expressed new concern about the increasingly frail Queen. And Buckingham Palace has described Her Majesty as under medical supervision at this time. As a result, several key members of the royal family plan to head to Queen Elizabeth’s bedside to be with her during her health crisis, reported the Daily Mail.

Her Majesty’s worried doctors reportedly will continue to observe her health. However, Prince Charles and Camilla plan to spend time with her as well. The sad health news comes in the wake of Queen Elizabeth’s doctors evaluating her this morning. Her physicians reportedly have become increasingly concerned about her failing health.

In addition to Charles and Camilla, Prince William plans to travel to Her Majesty’s bedside in Balmoral. William currently is in Windsor but will make the trip promptly. However, it is not yet known if Wiliam’s brother, Prince Harry, will travel there as well.

Royal Family Rushes To Queen Elizabeth’s Bedside

Because Buckingham Palace traditionally does not release detailed health information about Queen Elizabeth, not much more is known. However, it is thought that something happened last night. Her Majesty had intended to attend a Zoom meeting of the Privy Council. But Queen Elizabeth suddenly cancelled it after her doctors told her she must rest.

And the health crisis reportedly is so severe that the Prime Minister received the news during her energy rescue statement.  However, at this point, the elderly monarch reportedly will remain at Balmoral Castle in Scotland rather than get rushed to the hospital. Only her closest family members know the details of her worsening health .

But it is significant that Elizabeth’s two heirs, Charles and William, rushed to Her Majesty’s bedside as soon as they got the information. Doctors who examined Queen Elizabeth this morning reportedly provided them with more information about the severity of her health crisis. And other family members, including Prince Andrew and Princess Anne, reportedly will travel to be with Queen Elizabeth this morning.

Prime Minister Liz Truss spoke out about the health crisis. “The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime. My thoughts – and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom – are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time,” stated the Prime Minister. And Buckingham Palace also tweeted out a statement.

“Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral,” read the statement. And the Archbishop of Canterbury also spoke about Her Majesty’s health crisis. “The prayers of the nation are with the Queen, the head of the Church of England,” stated the Archbishop.
