Prince William and Harry’s father shared a lovely moment with one of his daughter-in-laws that was not reciprocated with the other, at least not one captured on camera.
Prince Charles was seen blowing a kiss to his daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, who reciprocated the warm gesture with a bright smile.
But according to a royal expert, this would have made Harry and Meghan feel left out. Youtuber and royal commentator Neil Sean said: “According to a very good source, that’s one of the things that Harry and Meghan now feel very slighted by.”

He added: “In fact, some are saying, [this] is the biggest insult that they’ve received since they departed, of course, and decided to become Megxit. As I’ve said many times before, you threw down the gauntlet, you said all of those things on TV.”
Another royal expert Russell Myers also credited the “frosty relations” between the Sussexes and the royal family as stemming from the interview they gave.
Speaking on the Today Show with host Richard Wilkins, Myers said: “You can’t go on, you know, international television interview with Oprah Winfrey, complaining about your treatment with the family and then wanting to sit down with them when you’re still giving interviews”.
