Royal Expert Says Prince William Needs To Repair Things With Prince Harry Before He Becomes King

According to the Daily Beast, Prince William is apparently still very salty about all the things that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle said in their bombshell of an interview with Oprah Winfrey back in 2021 so much so that he refuses to utter their names. That said, it seems like William is very concerned about what his brother might reveal in his upcoming memoir and on his Netflix reality show with Meghan. Royal expert Tom Sykes writes for the site, “It’s hard to think of anything more likely to make the royals break out in a sweat than a senior insider defecting to the media. But that is effectively what has happened, and so far William has demonstrated that he has no idea how to handle the entire Meghan and Harry debacle, other than to try and pretend it’s not happening.”

British Royal News – Will William Ever Fix Things With Harry?

That said, Sykes believes that Prince William will have to offer an olive branch to his estranged brother sooner or later. He added, “Eventually, William will have to pick up the phone. Harry doesn’t have to; he can just be a polo player with a gorgeous wife. The onus is on William. If he really does believe he is the chap chosen by god to be king, then he should be capable of sorting out this row with his brother. William has got a lot more to lose than Harry. The monarchy could be lost on his watch. That’s Harry’s ace in the hole.”

Now, whether or not that actually happens remains to be seen but for now it seems like Prince William isn’t making an effort to reach out to his brother at all. Watch this space.

Why bother extending an olive branch? Did H ever apologize for taking things public? W is in a no win situation. 1) whatever he does will be twisted or not good enough by H and his followers. 2) H has proved again that he’s easily angered and M has a quick link to press. That equals more drama. The bottom line is that none of this is anyone’s business but theirs. It disgusts me that H and M went to American media and blasted their family. All that did was show how much they lack respect for family matters. If this really were a royal issue they wouldn’t be using their titles.

William has nothing to apologize for! Not one thing. Harry. On the other hand could apologize for decades and not even come close to repairing the damage he has done.

Harry is the brat, let him mend the riff he created.

Harry should extend the olive branch … he, and his gold-digging wife have totally betrayed William and the entire family. Being a "royal" is no picnic, but he knew that; and as for his wife … well, she thought "ah-ha, I've hit the big time." Well, the big time was more restrictive than she thought!

Why should he mend things. Harry made his bed. Sometimes it's best to let it go.

Who cares what Harry snd Meghan do. Won’t watch anything they are involved in and can’t blame the royal family for feeling betrayed for money. H&M sold out. Very sad.

In my opinion, M &H have the 1st step in apologizing to repair this distention.

Harry is not blameless. He continually keeps things in turmoil. He will not be content until he destroys the monarchy with his actions. He needs to grow up. He gave up his Royal life. Now he wants things on his terms. Oprah is a big disappointment in this scenario. She should tell them to accept the life they chose and to give up trying to use the Royal status for their own gain. Both Harry and Megan need some serious mental help. I hope Oprah doesn’t allow them a second chance. Why is an American like Oprah involved in another country’s business?

Hell NO !!! Little gingerbread brother Harry need to get his head out his butt and stop being a douche bag !!! He is married to a Gold digger unfortunately One of this days Harry will wake up, grow up and man up, apologize to the big brother and queen. His brother has been supportive for years and giving him $8 million dollar to his spoiled little brother!!! Enough is enough. Big brother has a good heart he’ll be a great leader someday for his country my humble opinion!!!

Who is this moron saying he is an expert? Before Will even takes the throne, the bozos in Montecito will be stripped of all their titles and line of succession via Parliament. Harriet and his gold-digger wife were just seen yesterday driving to Oprah. Will stand ur ground. You will be King and Harry will be somewhere begging for money after he wasted his $40 million!

Actually, Harry needs to start by pulling his head out of his ass.

Prince William is stuck up, and cares less what Harry does. The only question I have is, "What are the royals hiding, that gets their nerves all a jangle, when a rumor of a tell-all memoir or talk show comes up?" If you think they are lying, then prove it, ignore them, don't watch them on TV. Or concern yourself about what Prince Andrew is doing. Who's skirt does he have his hand up. H & M did their part. They went to the Jubilee, laid low, extended their olive branch, and was treated like horse manure. They weren't even invited to most of the Jubilee shindigs, so they left quietly. The author is absolutely correct, the ball is in Prince William and Prince Charles court.
