According to Debbie Frank, an astrologer at Hello! Magazine, 2021 will bring with it even more changes for the Royal Family. There was plenty of that in 2020, thanks to the pandemic and Prince Harry.

Because of COVID and Harry, the rest of the royals saw increased responsibilities even as their in-person duties diminished.
Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge especially stepped up to the plate by becoming the face of the royal family even as he was stricken by COVID.
Sophie, Countess of Wessex also increased her royal responsibilities as the queen remained in isolation. Now Frank is saying that the year ahead will be a tremendously eventful one.

According to her, “Turning 95 in April is a huge milestone birthday and the Queen’s Spring stars are when joyful Jupiter makes a celebratory fly-past of her own Jupiter and Mars.”
She goes on to say that the queen will enjoy a watershed moment in her reign and this, “could mean she will pass over some of the responsibilities to the younger royals.”
Frank did not elaborate further on this statement, but some royal watchers are speculating that Her Majesty may hand the reins over to her heir, Prince Charles. Despite this speculation, the queen herself has said that she will reign her entire life.

That statement was made before COVID decimated the world, and before she was looking at turning 95-years old! Charles is not getting any younger either, and some think he should have his turn while he can still enjoy it.
Frank predicts that Prince William will also have a watershed year in which he takes stock of his life and perhaps initiates major changes himself. She says that he will, “re-evaluate his role and values in life, eliminating what is no longer relevant.”
Frank also claims that Kate Middleton is in for a similar sea change. According to her, Kate will experience a, “radical change to her pattern of life, requiring a whole re-organization of the way she works.”

I don't know. I think his approach will be a little different from the Queen. I like his idea to scale down the serving Royals. I think with the economy as it is it would be good for the country/people to see them making some cutbacks. Also it might help with the expectations of the family members and reduce disappointing siblings who might resent the one born to rule. I certainly think it will go some way to appease those who don't want the Royals.
