On the Queen’s Windsor estate Adelaide Cottage is available and within easy walking distance of Windsor Castle. It sounds perfect for the family of five, but now comes word that disgraced Prince Andrew may have designs on the property.

According to the Mail, “Prince Andrew, who lives nearby at Royal Lodge, has long had his eye on it for his younger daughter, Princess Eugenie, 32. She has been living with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, and their baby son August in Frogmore Cottage, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s home on the Queen’s estate.” At this point is it fair to ask, should Eugenie and Jack act like adults and find their own accommodations?

Harry and Meghan ditched Frogmore as beneath them, after the taxpayer forked over millions for renovations. Is Eugenie now the one pulling the elitist card, is fully refurbished Frogmore beneath her as well? Eugenie and Jack moved into Frogmore in November 2020.

Yesterday, sources close to the York family told the Daily Mail that, “Eugenie had been trying to secure Adelaide Cottage for a while [ready] for when she moves out of Frogmore. Before Andrew’s most recent scandal it was definitely a property he was [also] trying to secure for his daughter.”
Andrew’s “scandal” culminated in February when he paid an out of court settlement to a woman who accused him of sexual abuse. He denies the charge yet paid the price, literally.
Royal Family News – Will The Cambridge’s Move?
According to the outlet, “if push comes to shove, the Cambridges and their children – all direct heirs to the throne – would get first refusal.”

It’s been reported that the family have been planning a move for months and have enrolled future heir Prince George in a new school, “where he is expected to be joined this September by his siblings Charlotte and Louis.” Eugenie may have to strike out on her own after all.
