Royal Family News: After Meghan Markle Ignored The Queen, Prince Charles Refused To Give Her Money

British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle the Duchess of Excess was not keen to take advice from any of her in-laws as she transitioned from cable actress to royalty. Maybe if she had she would still have that Markle Sparkle and not be known as a failed princess.

Reports now indicate that none other than Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth suggested that Meghan listen to Sophie the Duchess of Edinburgh to learn a thing or two about how to be royal. What was Meghan’s response? ‘No’—and we all know how that turned out.

Royal Family News: Meghan Said No

This tale is one that has made the rounds ever since Harry and Meghan launched Megxit and left the UK in a huff and a puff. Now the story is given additional credence with the publication of Robert Jobson’s new book ‘Our King: Charles III — The Man And The Monarch Revealed.’

According to the book, when told to take a lesson from Sophie, Meghan shot back, “I’ve got Harry.”

Before Sophie married Prince Edward in 1999 she had a successful career in PR. Queen Elizabeth knew what it took to be a success as she reigned for 70 years and when she died in September she was arguably the UK’s most beloved monarch.

As for Meghan, she was known for one thing, a role on the basic cable drama ‘Suits.’

The queen was also taken aback by Harry and Meghan’s criticisms of the Royal Family: “The Queen was frankly mystified by the couple’s behavior, describing it as ‘quite mad.’ She came to believe, however, that her grandson was ‘so consumed’ by his love for his wife that it was ‘clouding his judgment.’”

“Harry, for his part, phoned her regularly from California. But it troubled the Queen when he kept trying to air his grievances. In the end, she asked him to speak directly to his father instead. A source said: ‘Her Majesty found Prince Harry’s calls quite difficult and wearisome. She didn’t want to interfere in the father/son relationship and would urge him to speak to his father.‘”

Royal Family News: Harry Infuriated Over Money

The book also claims that Harry was livid when his father King Charles refused to pay Meghan’s way in life. Jobson wrote, “Charles dropped a bombshell, saying he couldn’t afford to pay for Meghan in the future as well as for Camilla, and for William and Catherine and their young family. This infuriated Harry.”
