Royal Family news shows Prince Harry and Meghan Markle celebrated their son Archie’s second birthday by donating 200 beanies to kids in need. Their gift will benefit mothers and children escaping domestic violence.
The New Zealand based social enterprise Make Give Live announced the donation on their social media channels on Sunday stating that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex donated 200 beanies to the I Got Your Back Pack (IGYBP) initiative as a birthday gift in honor of their son to children on the other side of the globe. They also thanked them for their donations on behalf of the children who will receive them. The announcement was made on Mother’s Day, which also falls on May 9 for NZ. This particular mother’s day is especially special to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex who is expecting their first daughter sometime this summer.

“It also meant a lot for our maker community to have something special to bring them together to enjoy connection and creativity whilst making them, and didn’t they do an incredible job!?”
The social enterprise than simply signed off by wishing Archie a happy birthday.
