Royal Family News – Prince Harry Is Now Back In The UK

It should not come as a surprise then that not everyone with an opinion on the matter of Harry’s homecoming welcome the thought of having the rogue royal back in the motherland.

Brexit leader Nigel Farage did not mince words, and echoed the feeling of many by saying, “The British public will not welcome Harry and Meghan back, even for the funeral.”

He tweeted Friday, “For a couple that do public emotion as a career, this third person and one sentence statement shows their contempt for this great man and the monarchy.”

He is referring to the curt and cold social media post the couple posted after the duke’s death.

Royal Family News: The Markle’s Posted a Terse Statement About Prince Philip

In response to Philip’s passing, complete strangers evinced more emotion than Harry who wrote simply this on his Archewell website: “In loving memory of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh 1921-2021 Thank you for all your service…you will be greatly missed.”

Buckingham Palace confirmed Saturday that Prince Harry will make the trip home for the first time in over a year to attend Prince Philip’s funeral.

It was later reported that Harry was seen today at Heathrow airport after departing a British Airways flight. According to The Sun, a Cadillac Escalade departed Harry’s mansion late Saturday night.

Royal Family News – Meghan Markle Will Not Return

His pregnant wife was not with him, having been advised against travel. She is due to give birth to the couple’s daughter this summer.

It was noted in some publications that Markle flew to New York for a lavish baby shower in her honor while seven months pregnant with son Archie in February 2019.
