According to The Mirror Harry the Duke of Sussex, “will be allowed to wear military uniform at the event having up until now been prevented from donning military colours.”
Royal Family News – Andrew And Harry Twin
For Prince Harry this may be a hollow victory as, “he no longer holds a position in the military.” But hey, picking a fight with bereaved family members before a funeral is the right thing to do, it’s the principle of the thing?
Thus far royal runaway Harry, who still calls himself the Duke of Sussex, “has so far be unable to wear military uniform during any of his public appearances following the Queen’s death. That is because, when he stepped back as a front line royal in the wake of Megxit, he was stripped of his military patronages.”

In contrast, Andrew was removed from the spotlight after his Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal. “The exception was made for the Duke of York to wear uniform for the vigil at Westminster Hall as a ‘final mark of respect’ for his mother.” It was not said why Harry was given special dispensation, but based on his bratty behavior it could a mark of respect for himself not the queen that he whined loud enough to get his way on wearing a uniform he threw away when he abandoned his family and country.

Why is it you think he whined about wearing his uniform??? From what I read, it was the people who wanted him to wear it and for him to feel part of grandchildren who were in the armed service. Being an American, we treat our armed services better than the British do, Prince or not. He went to Afghanistan twice, “thats awesome”, AND he came back alive and not hurt. Please, stop calling him a whiner when he’s not. Give him a chance to live his life the way Princess Diana wanted him to, “FREE”!!!!
