Royal Family News – Princess Charlene Will Visit With Her Children For Christmas
Princess Charlene is a former Olympian swimmer who married Monaco’s ruler in 2011. Charlene swam for South Africa at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney.
They had an extravagant ceremony befitting of the glamorous locale but prior to the ceremony Charlene was seen at the airport and the rumor mill churned into overdrive with allegations that she was running away from the nuptials.
Nonetheless the attractive couple said their I Do’s and appeared to have a fairytale existence, complete with an adorable set of mini-me twins. Then Charlene suddenly disappeared and up until her recent return was gone to her homeland South Africa for months on end.

She returned home in November and was quickly whisked away to a “secret location,” where she is “convalescing,” according to Geo TV.
The palace said of the situation, “Princess Charlene is recuperating in a satisfactory and reassuring manner, although it may take a few more months before her health has reached a full recovery.”
Charlene’s stay in South Africa was largely unexplained and this caused rumors to roll that the royal couple were estranged and separated, a claim the family denied.

While no details have been given as to the exact state of Charlene’s health, the palace has stated that she needs time to recover from a, “state of profound general fatigue.”
For his part Prince Albert told People magazine that Charlene was receiving treatment in a facility away from Monaco in order to protect her privacy.
“Because I know there are rumors out there, let me say: this is not COVID,” Albert told the outlet in November.
He went on to say, “It’s not cancer-related. It’s not a personal relationship issue. And if you want to discuss another speculation, it isn’t related to plastic surgery or facial work at all.” The latter issue had been floated as a possible reason for Charlene’s absence from Monaco and subsequent disappearance upon her return.
