British royal family news shows that Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy has Prince Harry’s back. During an interview with Fox News Digital he waxed poetic about the job King Charles is doing and along the way took the time to note the changed fortunes of the down and out spare.
Filiberto thinks that Prince Harry isn’t having a fun time of it after Megxit, being in a strange land with customs he detests like freedom of speech.
Let’s break down what one prince has to say about another, after all he’s walked in Dirty Harry’s shoes, if only theoretically.
Royal Family News – Prince Harry’s Woes
Filiberto was asked point blank about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s 2020 decision to run away from their palace home in a bombastic move termed Megxit. They now live in California where Harry plays polo, rides his bike, and scoops rescue chicken poop, not necessarily in that order.
Their behavior was so detrimental to the monarchy that the late Queen Elizabeth stripped them of their royal patronages and Harry’s military appointments. Many royalists think the nasty couple should be stripped of their titles as well, and their popularity ranks alongside that of disgraced Prince Andrew.
The non-working Italian royal Filiberto had this to say about Harry’s sitch: “I know what it feels like to be part of a royal family, to have this blood that is in you. I’m sure he’s suffering a lot about what is happening, about his titles being canceled, his military things … being not today [a] representative of the family. But it’s his choice, it’s their choice, I want to say, him and his wife. God bless them, and I hope they will have a wonderful life.”
Royal Family News – Harry’s Wonderful Life
He also said that seeing Prince Harry in the cheap seats at his father King Charles’ coronation in London on May 6 was just sad.
He added “I don’t like to criticize, and they did their choice. Harry is a very intelligent young man. He suffered a lot [from] the media attention when he was young. Then, when his mother died, perhaps at a certain point he wanted to live another life, and he left with his wife… to America.”
He described Harry’s downfall as being of his own making and the Italian prince said he felt sorry for the traitor “when I saw him at the coronation of King Charles, arriving alone and being back in, let’s say, the fourth row… because he is still the son of the King of England. [But] I think private matters should stay private in families.”
Royal Family News: Harry’s Food Truck?
Filiberto has more in common with Harry than you may think. As he noted “I also did things that were completely out of, let’s say, the protocol … I did television…” and his credits include Italy’s version of “Dancing With the Stars.” Back in the day he owned a “fresh pasta food truck in Southern California, which led to a restaurant in Westwood.” Tell us royal fans, should Harry try his hand at honest work, maybe setting up a crumpets and tea truck?
