Royal Family News – Prince Andrew Given Shout Out
Does Prince Andrew really need convict Ghislaine Maxwell defending his shattered image? Well she is anyway. “Yes, I follow what is happening to him. He is paying such a price for the association with Jeffrey Epstein. I care about him, and I feel so bad for him.”
She is serving a 20-year sentence for her role, “in helping Epstein to abuse young women,” one of whom said Andrew abused her as a minor. In February he paid Virginia Giuffre millions to avoid testifying in the court case she brought against him; he claims innocence.
Maxwell spoke to the Daily Mail about the infamous photo which shows her, Andrew and Giuffre.

Maxwell grins wildly as Andrew smiles, his hand around Giuffre’s bare waist. The photographer is said to be Epstein himself. Andrew declared the pic was photoshopped. And Maxwell backs him up on that.

Conversely, “experts, commentators and Ms Giuffre herself,” maintain that the photo is genuine.
She went on to say, “There are many people who have been impacted by this story who have been cancelled, some friends of mine who never even met Epstein lost their jobs. People who literally had nothing to do with him whatsoever have been cancelled.”
“So I think for all those people, including some of them who never met him, it’s been a very heavy price that has been paid due to the cancel culture. So, you know, from that perspective, I think it’s been very difficult for a lot of people.”

Andrew sought to distance himself from the sex scandal trio in a Panorama interview with Emily Maitlis; instead it is thought to have led to his ousting as a senior royal. In the interview he seemed to blame Maxwell for his trouble: “Remember it was his girlfriend that was the key element in this. [Epstein] was the, as it were, plus one.” Maybe her praise of the disgraced prince is a back handed way of thanking him for throwing her under the bus?
After the November 2019 train wreck interview, Andrew was forced to step down from public royal duties. This February Andrew paid Giuffre, “a financial settlement reported to be in the region of £12 million to settle out of court a civil claim she had brought against him in the US.” Despite this, he steadfastly maintains his innocence in the matter.
