Sources close to the couple (Scooby Doo, is that you?) informed The Mirror that the royal runaways have zero intentions to spend Christmas with Harry’s family. Last week it was announced that his bombshell memoir drops in January and the title alone sent shivers throughout the kingdom. Harry saw fit to use a one word rant, “Spare” to sum up his life to date. And that can’t be good news for his family.

As such, “relations between Harry and wife Meghan and the rest of the royal family are ‘near rock bottom’ and they could decline an invitation to spend the festive period with Harry’s family,” according to the Daily Mail.

The holiday news comes immediately after the announcement that King Charles replaces Harry as ceremonial head of the Royal Marines. Harry actually thought the MARINES would welcome his leadership from a millionaire’s couch in California. Such is the depth of delusion of the spare.

Last night the outlet revealed that Harry was given the courtesy of being told before the news was made public, a sign of respect he has not always shown his family. For example, “Family members were not informed of the title in advance of the announcement yesterday, while the Spanish language version is even more pointed, having been given the subtitle En La Sombra, or ‘in the shadow.’” That sound you just heard is the gauntlet being thrown down.

It was thought that Harry’s memoir would never see the light of day, given his proclivity to put things off for other priorities such as polo. The tome is described as a, “raw, unflinching,” dissection of Harry’s short life to date.

The title Spare has been interpreted as, “a loaded reference to his position as the younger brother of the heir to the throne.”
