British royal family news reveals that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombshell interview with talking head Oprah Winfrey was a major blow to the monarchy that has survived a thousand years.
Their claims against his family were so sensationalized that some are speculating about the damage done—is it time for the monarchy to be abolished? Anti-monarchists are suggesting that it will wither and die with Queen Elizabeth.
The queen is tremendously popular but her 72-year-old son and heir Prince Charles is not, for various reasons of his own making.
Those who would like to put a fork in the monarchy are practically salivating over Harry’s grandstanding which included telling Oprah Winfrey that the British media and his family are racist and the reason they fled the country.

Keep in mind that is their narrative in 2021. Back in 2020 when they dropped Megxit their narrative was that they were so money hungry they had to seek “financial freedom” outside the UK.
But when Winfrey asked him, “Did you leave the country because of racism?” he replied, “It was a large part of it.”
Anna Pasternak is a royal biographer and in light of the recent turmoil she said, “The monarchy stands for imperialism, colonialism and an unelected elite body. Hence, at times of familial petty bickering and airing monogrammed linen in public, there is understandably a surge in republican sentiment. It is hard to understate the current crisis.”

Conversely, Sarah Gristwood, a historian and journalist, doesn’t believe the monarchy will end but sees Charles now in a delicate situation.

“Charles was damaged back in the ’90s by the ‘War of the Waleses,’ but in recent years he’s come to look much more convincing as a king-in-waiting,” Gristwood says. “But Harry’s words about him particularly seemed to suggest not enough had changed. And that really is a danger for the monarchy.”
What did Harry say about dear old dad? Harry said his relationships with his father and his brother, Prince William, also a future king, were strained by his and Meghan’s failed tenure as senior working royals.
“What Harry has just done in this interview is give all kinds of ammunition to those who may have doubts about Charles’ fitness as the sovereign,” says Elaine “Lainey” Lui, of celebrity blog LaineyGossip.com. “If we’re questioning the fitness of a monarch, the entire monarchy is in jeopardy.”

Dimwitted Harry has a little job now to tie him up. You would hope there would be a professional standards contract in place so as not to bring disgrace to the company. Not that he is intelligent enough or has the self-restraint to conduct himself like an adult. Hopefully this will keep junior busy while wifey's home breastfeeding the babies, dreaming about the days she once made a bad movie. Their pity party interview, family trashing and bashing is already old. They didn't really want to heal their family issues, if they did they wouldn't have had the Gail announcement of the following immediate family contact. I bet they're already disappointed it didn't get more attention. As long as their family keep them at a distance, they'll have nothing left to peddle.
