British royal family news shows that disgraced Prince Andrew has sniped to friends that he is confused and in despair that his eldest brother King Charles has not cut him a piece of the royal mince money pie following the death of Queen Elizabeth.
When Her Majesty died on September 8, 2023, Charles became regent and in control of the monarchy’s assets.
It’s alleged that the Queen’s estate is worth more than £650million, with Charles the sole beneficiary. Now comes word that the man tagged “Randy Andy” in his younger days, “resents … that he and his siblings have not yet been given what they feel they are owed.”
Royal Family News – Andrew’s Resentment
A palace source said that since 1993 no inheritance tax is paid on assets moving from one sovereign to another, thus the Queen’s fortune passed directly from her to Charles, bypassing the tax man who always cometh.
But this move also means that none of the Queen’s other children, Andrew, Anne and Edward, automatically received an inheritance.
According to the outlet a person close to Andrew and his ex-wife/live in roommate Sarah Ferguson are in despair and in the dark: “Andrew’s a member of the family, for God’s sake, yet he had no idea this was coming. I gather he’s checked it out and it’s true. It’s all gone “monarch to monarch.”
Royal Family News – Andrew Despairing
The chatty source added, “What’s he meant to do? Go cap in hand to his older brother to keep a roof over his head? Things are going from bad to worse. It’s a disaster.” What’s he to do, an able-bodied man in his 60s? How about earn his own keep?
The inheritance news comes on the heels of reports that King Charles refused to pay a £32,000 bill for Andrew’s Indian guru, a man who, “comes to live at Royal Lodge, Windsor, for up to a month at a time.”
But lest the king think he has the upper hand, the source warned that if Andrew is not given some coin, he might, “do a Harry.” Oy very.
Royal Family News – Will Andrew Turn On The Monarchy?
In what sems like a rebuttal to Andrew’s alleged grievance, a palace source said, “Andrew hasn’t been uniquely targeted for ill-treatment. Her late Majesty supported her children during her lifetime and had made provision for them already.” But Andrew was stripped of his royal perks last year after settling a sexual assault case brought against him, out of court.
Royal expert Hugo Vickers noted that, “The Royal Family have done this sort of thing before. The Queen Mother left everything to her daughter, the Queen, in 2002. As the monarch pays no tax, it’s a way of avoiding death duties – keeping the wealth intact. The Queen Mother gave instructions for which of her relatives should receive what gift, but her daughter was left in control.
I feel a little sorry for Andrew. I don’t condone what he’s done. Consorting with Jeffrey Epstein was beyond unwise. But he’s not a criminal and he’s been left in a very difficult situation.” Well that’s one opinion—tell us your opinion of unemployed Andrew royal fans!
