British royal family news reveals that the royals have experienced many changes in 2022, with the death of Queen Elizabeth overshadowing and informing the events of autumn.
Following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth on September 8, the line of succession changed and there have been title changes as well as physical changes for the family.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are now the Prince and Princess of Wales. At summer’s end they moved their residence from London’s Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor’s Home Park.
They are also busy with official royal events as well as parenting three active and thriving children, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4.

All three kids now attend Lambrook school, where classes began on the day the Queen died. Change is always stressful and a source close to the family confirms that the Wales’ have seen their share of upset, especially Princess Kate.
A source told People, “Things were very tense that week; it was not exactly the settling-in period they had hoped for.”

ed on October 1, showed the nation the strength and resiliency of the monarchy.

Royal watcher Katie Nicholl said of the new portrait, “That was a very important image of what the modern monarchy and reign of King Charles will look like. They represent the future House of Windsor.”
As William and Kate represent that future, so do their children. “In Windsor, the family relishes the open parkland and countryside where Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis can freely play.”
Royal Family News – The Wales Children Love Nature
A friend told the outlet, “They love that the kids can go out on their bikes and cycle around the estate, and they are all really excited to meet everyone. It’s a real little community.”
Princess Kate reportedly wants her children to have as normal an upbringing as possible and thus George is living at home rather than boarding school, and their full-time nanny now lives outside of their home. Additionally, William and Kate try to do the school drop-off and pickup most days. Theirs is a life of a, “modern royal family doing normal things,” said one family friend. And as such, their future looks bright.
