While both the Princess of Wales and her husband Prince William visited Merseyside this week, Kate met with several teenagers at the Open Door Charity, which uses art and dance to help with mental health. She even asked some of the people there, “Has producing music and taking part in those workshops helped? Has it helped with your personal lives?”

The Princess of Wales then went on to say, “Talking therapies don’t work for some people, they’re not for everybody. It’s so important to have a range of therapies. Everyone is talking a lot more about mental health. There have often been negative connotations around it. But if we get across that there are these more positive spaces and experiences out there, then we are changing how we talk about it.”

Meanwhile, and according to The Independent, a reconciliation with the royal family is nearly impossible now that Harry has dragged every member of his fam, including Prince William, Kate Middleton, and even his stepmother Camilla Parker Bowles. And the royals know that they can’t retaliate because everything they will say will end up in the papers.

“They are trapped,” says one source close to the situation. “They really can’t engage because everything they say will be shared with the media. It is impossible to have a conversation or write a letter because of the risk that anything they say being put in the public domain by Harry, potentially for commercial benefit. There has been a complete breakdown of trust.”

The royal source said: “They aren’t going to apologize because they don’t recognise Harry’s version of events. He has been kidnapped by a cult of psychotherapy and Meghan. It is impossible for him to return in these circumstances.”
