Royal Family News: Kate Middleton Snub To Blame For Meghan Markle Disliking “Anything Royal?”

British royal family news reveals that roughly one year ago, the two royal couples once known as the Fab Four, had their final public event together: Kate Duchess of Cambridge, Meghan Markle and Princes Harry and William.

Royal expert Katie Nicholl is talking about that meet-up. She told Channel 5 that there was clear tension between the Cambridges and the Sussexes during the 2020 Commonwealth Service, and that the Duchess of Cambridge was obviously ignoring Meghan Markle and Prince Harry during the royal engagement.

Nicholl said, “I was sitting behind William and Kate and Meghan and Harry, a few rows back at that service. There was absolutely tension between the two couples. While Kate turned around to speak to Edward and Sophie Wessex, she just did not acknowledge Meghan and Harry at all. That was very obvious.” Ouch.

It’s hard to argue with an eyewitness who saw the non-exchange up close and personal.

The Channel 5 show stated that after flying back to Canada following the Commonwealth Service, Meghan Markel, “at that point couldn’t imagine wanting to set foot back into anything royal again.”

And yet, Meghan will forever be tied to the monarchy, through her children with Prince Harry. Today the delighted pair informed the world that they are pregnant with their second child. A due date was not announced.

In January, Nicholl told True Royalty TV that Prince William will reconcile with Prince Harry for the “greater good” of the monarchy, stressing that the brother’s relationship had been strained in 2020 but that tensions seemed to have abated.

Nonetheless she admitted that there exists a distance between the two couples, emotionally as well as geographically, but she is sure that they will make a united front for the sake of the Royal Family.

Nicholl said, “I want to make it clear that this friendship or relationship is not what it once was … This time last year they weren’t talking to each other. William was so angry with Harry that he did not even go to that lunch ahead of the Sandringham summit. “That is how bad things were but then you fast forward a year and look at now, they spent the holiday season in touch and presents were exchanged.”
