The outlet reports that a source informed them, “Bucklebury has housed a good number of refugees and Carole has been getting advice from villagers and seeking information about how the process has worked for others in the area.”

If the good Samaritan plan comes to pass, the Middleton’s will join other famous neighbors as part of the welcoming process, including broadcaster Chris Tarrant and Tory politician Lord Benyon.

According to the source, Kate Middleton’s mom, “talked about wanting refugees to feel they have their own space in her home and has been talking about the logistics of how it all works. There have been a few conversations about this, back and forth.”

However the plan comes to be, there are security issues to plan for considering that Carole’s daughter, her husband and their children will be regular visitors to the property. It is said that Carole is considering converting a living room at her, “seven-bedroom Bucklebury Manor into separate accommodation for a family fleeing Ukraine.”

Carole founded the party supply business Party Pieces in 1987. In addition to her established business venture, Carole is, “involved with Bucklebury Farm Park, a petting zoo owned by her son-in-law James Matthews – daughter Pippa’s husband – which offers free entry to Ukrainian refugees.”

William and Kate are also thought to be interested in lending a hand to refugees fleeing Ukraine, with William saying during a tour of a Ukrainian cultural Centre in West London in March: “Everyone is horrified by what they are seeing… for our generation, it’s very alien to see this in Europe. We’re all right behind you. We’re thinking about you.”
